I faced challenges with food service at the rooftop bar which originated from the main kitchen, causing delays in orders. In addition, the black marble decor in the rooms felt disconcerting and uninviting to me, not quite matching the otherwise sleek modern vibe of the hotel. Limited spa access made it tricky to enjoy wellness treatments, as you had to book far in advance. Room service fell short as well, notably when I requested an ironing board that didn't materialize.
